The batteries are 48v 13ah 17.5ah or 20.5ah battery’s 21ah Panasonic cells. Panasonic are the best and most expensive and reliable cells on the market. They are the same used as in the tesla cars. This includes an upgraded charger with a fan and LEDs. I have always believed that the most important thing with the life of the battery is how it is charged so I have always supplied the best charger with my eBikes or batteries.
