Thank you for choosing Wing eBikes electric bike. For you and authorized dealers’ legitimate benefit, we offer the following warranty and instructions:
1. Limited Warranty
Wing eBikes offers warranty to the products purchased directly from the manufacturer. Wing eBikes is pleased to offer original product owners a 1 year warranty with coverage against any manufacturer’s defect in workmanship and materials for the components. All Wing eBikes product warranties are effective from the date of purchase by the end user provided the product is purchased in new condition.
2. Hub Motor and parts warranty
Hub Motors: 1 year Batteries: 1 year Other Parts: Warranties are limited to replacement of parts and/or products determined by Wing eBikes at its sole discretion, to be defective.
3. Wing eBikes limited warranty does not cover:
3.1 “Spin Out or Disassemble”—- We will not refund or replace a motor/parts that has been “spun out/disassembled/transformed”.
3.2 Over Voltage. Connecting a larger battery larger than 60 nominal volts can damage the controller, wires and/or connectors. Damaging any kit component or motor by connecting the wrong battery type is not covered under our warranty.
3.3 Wing eBikes limited warranty does not cover or apply to the following: damage incurred from use of e-bike in flooded areas, foreign debris or chemicals; damage or loss caused by the use of the product for stunt riding, ramp jumping, competition, off-road use, acrobatics, trick riding or other similar activities.
3.4 If any damage in the product is found to be the result of normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, improper storage, accident, shipping, misuse, neglect, abuse or use of the product not consistent with instructions or the warnings stated on the product or in the manual.
3.5 The Wing eBikes Limited Warranty does not cover or apply to any Wing eBikes product used for rental or commercial purposes unless the specific product is designated, labelled or marketed by Wing eBikes as acceptable for rental or commercial use. All products used for rentals are warranted across the board for a period of 90 days.
3.6 Wing eBikes limited warranty does not apply to any product defect which in its opinion has resulted from the product being altered from their original configuration/repaired/altered/modified/ by someone other than Wing eBikes. Wing eBikes limited warranty does not cover any product, or accessory parts not sold directly by Wing eBikes or authorized reseller or retailer.
4. Warranty Claims
those parts and/or products which are determined by Wing eBikes to be defective and to qualify for warranty replacement will be provided at no charge, only after a valid warranty claim is processed by Wing eBikes Customer Service Team. Warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser by contacting the Wing eBikes Customer Service Team (sales@wing-ebikes.co.uk) within the warranty period (stated above). Shipping & Handling fees will apply to all orders placed for warranty parts and/or products and will be invoiced to the customer/warranty claimant at the time said parts and/or products are shipped from Wing eBikes
Wing eBikes, at its sole discretion, has the option of replacing with a new part, or factory re-certified part. If any problems with any Wing eBikes the customer is responsible for getting the bike back to us. The limited warranty stated herein is in lieu of and expressly excludes all other warranties not expressly set forth herein, whether expressed or implied by law or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any warranties for merchantability and/or fitness for any particular purpose. Wing eBikes shall in no event be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential losses, damages or expenses in connection with their products. The liability of Wing eBikes here under is expressly limited to the replacement of goods complying with this warranty or at the sole discretion of Wing eBikes to the repayment of an amount equivalent to the purchase price of the product in question.
